So happy with the work that was done. We had some glass replaced on our door and this company was so responsive. A quote within minutes and an appointment the very next morning. The crew showed up in masks and completed the job in under an hour. Couldn't be happier with the results. I will be recommending this company to other people!

What a great find Boris was. We had our lawn guy kick up a rock and break our front window. It was one window in a four panel grid. We had several other quotes telling us they had to replace all four windows costing us over $2k. Boris came out and quoted us for just the one window as our frame was not damaged. His window also came with an 8 year warranty, how can you beat that? He came out on a Thursday to give us a quote and was back on Tuesday to install the window. Amazing work, honest company! I have already referred him to a couple of friends and will definitely have him back out if we ever need anything! Thank you Boris!!!

Boris did an excellent job replacing the glass on one of the bedroom windows in our new home. He was able to fit us in only a day after I contacted him and was prompt for both the initial appointment as well as the installation. The quote he provided was also very reasonable! I had 20+ double paned windows in my house that had failed because there was haze in between the panes. Boris (the owner of the business) personally came out within days of my request for a quote on Yelp and measured every window to give me a quote. His price was extremely competitive and he quoted 2 weeks for getting the new glass in stock. In 10 days, he called me and said he was ready to install. His crew came out and he personally supervised them replacing all my windows with new glass, and gave me an 8 year warrantee on the work that was performed. I thought it would cost a lot more to get my problem fixed and cannot recommend The Heart Glass and Boris enough if you have the need for new glass. I can't believe how much better my windows look now that they are crystal clear. If you need glass work done on your windows, please give this company a shot at your business.

I could not be happier with the level of service I received from this company and Boris in replacing a cracked living room window. First of all, he was extremely responsive to my online quote request AND the quote was substantially less from other companies I got quotes from. In some cases I got quoted more than double than what Boris told me!

Boris was easy to communicate with and met with my tenant for initial measurements plus to coordinate the installation. Overall just a really excellent, dependable business and I recommend in the highest manner!

Our son was playing golf with foam balls in our backyard until he got a hold of a real golf ball and it shattered our bedroom window. I asked for a quote for window repair on Yelp in Austin and Boris was super prompt in responding. In fact, he was already in the area and was able to complete the job. It was quick and efficient. Boris is very professional and I highly recommend him for any project. We will use him again for future jobs!

Heart Glass delivered just like every other review before mine said they did. They responded to my request for a quote within minutes and within 3 hours of making the request my window was fixed!!

An incident with my lawn maintenance company left one of my front windows broken. The Heart Glass was the only company that responded quickly and gave me a great quote to repair the window. They ordered the window pane to do the repair and installed it faster than I could have gotten a quote from one of the larger companies. AND they did a brilliant installation job. Can't tell there was ever anything wrong with that window. Couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them for window replacements.

Update 2: The've now done the work. Prompt. The windows look great. The workers were very polite. I did find a couple of small pieces of broken glass on the ground, gratefully my son found them before it could cause an issue. Overall, very happy with their work.

Update: After the initial review, the business owner responded. They came by the house and inspected the windows and provided a specific date, and some education about the windows needed. They were professional and courteous.

The business owner gave a quote for window replacement, then stopped responding. I canceled an appointment with another business in favor of this one, and now need to go back to the first business again. I would have liked some kind of a response telling me they were not able to help me or similar.

The Heart Glass responded quickly when I reached out to them and then came out to meet me in a very timely manner. I had 9 foggy windows that needed replacing and he gave me a quote that was much better than one that I had received from another glass company. Boris and his team were so nice and polite and did a wonderful job replacing the panes. I never dreamed this job would go so quickly from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about them! They were wonderful.
